I am a Canadian, and my doctor has prescribed this product to me. It is called "Aldactone". I've been using it for about two months now, with excellent results and no side effects other than having to use the bathroom about 10-12 times a day. Try your family doctor, and if s/he won't prescribe it, s/he may refer you to an endocrinologist.
