Then my mother happened to have this health book out that swears by ZINC being the best control for acne (zinc sulfate tablets, 50mg three times a day). I don't know what to do now! : My 14 year old daughter uses Proactiv and it has done wonders for her skin. If its not working it could be not following a schedule. You MUST wash twice a day no matter how tired you are and with any skin cleansing/healthy skin issue you HAVE TO follow the 8/8 rule.Get at least 8 hours of sleep a night and drink 8 glasses of water a day.....water not sugar drinks. Hope it works for you, it has done wonders for Sarah.
