I have just started taking Spiro and am waiting to see what happens. I am taking it in combination with RetinA Micro 1.0% and Differin. My husband and I are going to start trying to have kids and I haven't been able to find anything that talks about effects on pregnancy, etc. I have been told by two different dermatologists that I should go on Accutane but have been afraid to do this due to the thought of having kids sometime in the next year....any suggestions surrounding Spiro, pregnancy, effects, etc.?
