Well...Neutrogena and Noxema, as most will tell you, don't work. If you have bangs, they could be the culprit. (Yep I tries ProActive and am happily clearer) Try using Clearasil Stay clear on the bottom half of your face (such as your chin) and a clenser that contains Benzoy Peroxide over your entire face after washing your chin area first. Then after you get out, pat your face dry and using a cotton square, wipe Hydrogen Peroxide over your entire face. Follow by using a toner and then a topical cream also containing Benzoyl Peroxide all over your face. If the Hydrogen Peroxide worsens your condition, only use it on your forhead. Try this routine for about 2 months. If you see no improvement, I'd try seeking other stuff. You also may have sensitive skin. I have Sensitive skin and combination. I'm pretty clear compared to what I used to be and only have the ocassional pimple or two, but they are small. Give it a try. ^_^
