I have a soy and fruit shake almost every day before working out because it doesn't load my stomach to give me cramps but it nourishes me enough so I don't feel tired after I exercise. I had heard alot about the benefits of MSM for bone health, headaches, more energy and also for the treatment of acne. Since it is an extremely safe product, I decided to give it a try to see how I felt. I added it to my fruit shake which normally constitues frozen of fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, a banana, some nuts and grains and soy milk. Since I've been using MSM I feel alot more energized when I exercise and throughout the day and my skin has improved at 50 % I would say whithin a month. I think it's something really worth trying. You can get it in powder or capsules. If you want the best MSM, look for brands that have the symbol LINGUISIL on them.
