I know it is the most fowl thing I have ever smelled in my entire life. If you are able to withstand the smell then you're a stronger person than me. I read about it in a home remedy book. You are supposed to mix it with a small packet of quick-rise yeast. It's supposed to make a paste that you can then apply directly to your face, then bandage it up. The yeast makes the acne come to a head while the tea tree oil attacks it. I had no luck. But my sinuses were clear for a week!!! I have heard you can use it by itself. Just apply once a day to the infected area and put a clothespin on your nose.
