If you want to put it all over your face, then wet a cotton pad, the put some tea tree oil on it and wipe all over face, once a day.

If might be more effective, however, to use it only on the infected areas (unless there are too many). Just tip a small amount onto your fingertip and dap it onto the spot/spots. You can do this safely up to 5 or 6 times a day. The smell is strong but fresh and goes away quite quickly.

Not that you have bought it, it is worth giving it a shot. By the way, make sure it is tea tree from "Melaluca alternefolia" (must say this on the bottle, or it is useless.
