Hey, I know what you're talking about - if you have a zit and (ok this is gross but oh well...) if you squeeze it before it's "ripe" then it can be majorly painful and you'll squeeze out that watery stuff. If you wait, the watery stuff solidifies into puss (dead bacteria and white blood cells) and it comes out much easier and with less pain! When you squeeze zits that aren't ready, it leaves a huge painful red mark because you build up the pressure beneath the skin and don't release it because not much stuff leaves your skin. So you if you have to squeeze at all (which I definately wouldn't recommend) for the love of god wait till they're ready! (ie with a visible whitehead)
