Milk is white pure and all-american, right! Therefore, any criticism of the stuff is seen as bordering on sacreligious. Maybe there aren't years of scientific research to back-up claims that milk can cause/worsen acne, but hey, we have a life that is ticking by. For many of us, ceasing to drink mild has helped immensely. I'm sure there are lots of truths that you've discovered that cannot be backed up by research. That doesn't mean they should be scoffed at. Remember, all discoveries began with theory.
