Great question and an even greater answer, even the manufactureres themselves don't know how accutane works.

Last time I heard they were building underground houses in Switzerland, houses so strongly shielded that no nuclear radiation or blast could penetrate them. Houses equipped with all the amneties of life. They're making arrangement to be prepared for a nuclear holocaust or end of life on earth.
So, after the present humanity evaporates from earth due to a nuclear holocaust or some other disaster; they will come out from inside those houses and start a new civilization. You know, our ancestors are apes; the ancestors of the next human civilization would be Swiss.
Damn!, all the money that people spend here to purchase accutane is being used to do all this crap.
