If they are actually "holes" on your nose, they may actually be what is known as "pinhole" scars. They are enlarged pores stretched from being plugged up. Don't worry, these will fade with time. If your skin isn't too sensitive from the Accutane, you can try using some products containing AHA's on the areas with the holes to speed the reduction of them. A brand that is recommended often is Alpha Hydrox, and they offer a cream that is in a 10% strength. It will also reduce any red marks you might have as well as preventing new breakouts.
Be careful with the AHA's though, they may be too strong for your skin and the last thing you need is a chemical burn when you've finally cleared your skin, right?! Just go easy at first and listen to your skin!
