: well i used the shampoo for the second time last night but i still have red skin, i have no peely or flaky type skin anymore, its just red. but my self esteem as gone up way much. my skin isnet as red as it is,i means its still too red but its not decreasing dramaticly. any suggestions?
: thank you so much for the help u gave me so far

Glad to hear you are seeing some improvement....I really can't tell you anything else to try for the redness...if it's not rosacea then I am not sure there is another topical you could use to get rid of the red...your doc needs to explain just exactly what the redness is from...rough acne is not a diagnosis...I would get a second opinion...but at least the flaking has gone....maybe the retin a messed up your skin and it will just take sometime for it to calm down. Sorry I can't really help more.
