I spoke to a saleslady who told me that they are discontinuing the green herbal ceramides, but that there is a new serum called "Good Morning Serum" that has all of the ingredients in the herbal ceramides plus more. I tested it and it was very nice (made my skin feel very silky). I am currently using the green herbal ceramide capsules during the day and the pink ones at night over the Differin gel. The pink ones are much more moisturizing and really help with that "sandpaper" feel that my skin has from using the Differin (hopefully that will go away over time). The pink ones seem to help more with the red spots and rashiness, too. They make the skin very soft. I'm a little nervous about using the pink ones because they have isostearic acid (a fatty acid) and borage oil in them, but I don't really think I'm breaking out from them, at least not yet. My skin is actually starting to clear up, with the exception of one big mother on my left cheek. The herbal ceramides are not very moisturizing. The Morning Serum may be more moisturizing than the herbal capsules. The cheapest I've found the products on the Internet is from the company Strawberry Net (you can guess the site name). I haven't actually ordered from them yet, though, because there were special sales on at the Elizabeth Arden site and at Beauty Jungle.

I am also using Differin Gel (about 5 or 6 weeks now, I think), Doxycycline internally, birth control pills (I just switched from Loestrin to Alesse), and am trying pantothenic acid (although I'm only taking .5 to 1 gram per day, because I'm afraid of taking mega doses. I started getting rashes on 2 grams a day -- at least I think it might have been from that.) I feel like a walking pharmacy -- it's hard to know what's doing what (sigh).
