I'm a bodybuilder, and I need lots of protein in my diet. But all I ever hear is that milk, soy, and whey all contribute to problem acne. Other than seeds, meat, and nuts, where is a good source of protein that does not aggravate ones complexion?


other than seeds and nuts what's left?
