I had the same thing happen to me. I did two rounds of accutane and each time the pores on my nose and even the surrounding area enlarged around the third week or so. I discussed it with my derm and he looked at me like I was crazy, so I came up with my own simple remedy. Since the accutane dried my skin out so intensely, I simply made sure to moisturize my skin with an over the counter lotion (I think it was Vaseline Intensive Care) after washing my face in the morning and at night. It wasn't long before the pores went back to their normal size. Don't worry, your skin probably just needs to be properly moisturized.

: I had a question I hope someone can help with. Sometime during my accutane treatment (I guess around the 4th or 5th week) there was alot of black stuff squeezing out of the pores on my nose. I actually enjoyed seeing it cause it seems like it was pushing all the gunk out. Well, now I'm on my 10th week and the situation is there's alot of holes on my nose. I'm hoping it looks this way because it's getting ready to push more stuff out. Has anyone had this happened? The holes look ugly and I hope it's not permanent. Is it getting ready to push more gunk out or is it going to stay permanent with very visible holes on my nose? Please anyone who has experienced this give me advice. Thanks in advance.
