Hey man,
Yes, I would advise you before you work out to eat a protein bar(preferably one that is low on sugars) - I personally like the "Atkins Diet" protein bars. I have found that these do not cause me to break out at all - And They are full of vitamins and minerals - So they are GOOD for you!

Apart from that - A diet that consists of lots of salads and other vegatables, meat(Chicken, beef, ect..), vogurt(Plain & Natural - Not the sugar-combined yogurts, as these will probably aggravate your acne.)

Acne-wise, It is important to stay well away from refined foods/sugars, as this will aggravate your situation in all respects(Your acne and your building muscle for bodybuilding)

Ever since I have kept to this kind of diet - I have been pretty good as compared to how I was before(eating anything really, not being conscious of my refined sugar intake and other bad foods)

The reason I stay away from milk, is because of the inability to really digest the sugars inside the contents of the milk itself. Yogurt is an exception though, because the acidophulus that is in the yogurt absorbs the indigestible sugars and makes it possible for you to fully digest the milk with no adverse affects. Yogurt is also a good source of calcium and it will help keep your colon in order with the placing of good bacteria.

: I am body building and need to pile on the food but I dont want to take in food that will make me break out. N e suggestions on what for sure wont make u break out?
