I am not feeling any of the symptoms that you described. In fact I am sleeping more nowadays. I am having more fun than used to have before. In fact B5 is medically documented to be an anti-stress nutrient.

I took it a few months back too for around a month and even at that time I did not feel any of these symptoms. It's soon going to be a month now after I started it again. In fact recently I have upped my dose to 8gms from 6gms and I don't think it's any problem now with me.

Hey, Flex I could not find a relationship between B5 and hyperthyroidism in my search. I would be grateful if you'd let me know the link where you read this report, I am curious to know.

TIA
