i've found vitamin A supplements at GNC. they are only 10,000IU though. i read that to get a good effect you must take 300,000IU. that's 30 pills a day. don't the pills come in a higher IU???? if i continue to have problems i will next time drive off a cliff. i hate my life. please help me out.

: i am desperate. having just found out i have PCOS. i am very depressed. i am 23 and now have a neurological disease that left me in a wheelchair, pcos and all the wonderful symptoms that come with it and possible diabetes. tonite i drove into a guard rail. as long as i'm still around i want to try vitamin A. i've been on accutane twice and now take spiro. what brand of vitamin a do i get? what do i look for? are they all the same? thank you.
