you know it's funny you should bring that up. I also have the same thing happen to me. I break out when my period is about to start...pretty bad too. And during my period I break out too. I also have been on the B5 for a bit now and I was shocked when I got my period! I didn't break out My skin is so much less oily too. And during my period I only got a couple pimples, nothing big. I'm really excited about this so we'll see where it goes from here. I wish you the absolute best of luck!!

: Ok guys if you are squimish about girl problems then exit this post!!! So I have been on b-5 for about 3 weeks. My skin is alot less oily and very few breakouts just alot of red scars for which I am using azlaic acid for and love. Anyway the only way that I can always tell that I am gonna get my period is because the week before my face breaks out really bad well I never had that breakout and started today good thing that I was prepared cause I never knew that it was comming!! I will keep you all updated but this was a real test for me cause for as long as I can rember this has never happened. YAAAAHHHHHH!!!!
