Hi, in my opinion I think it would be incorrect to give a general answer. For me, I definitely break out with chocolate/caffeine. My mother worked with a physician that felt the same as I do. However, I do not beleive all have a poor reaction to certain foods. Try a spell without chocolate, or any "criminal" food you may feel to be and see what happens with your skin. I most definitely react to chocolate and sugar negatively. Wish I could have given you a more concrete answer but I don't beleive there is one.
