If you are one of those who believe that diet or food plays no role in acne then of course chococlate has no effect on acne.

But if you think otherwise then I can give you a link to a place where a doctor himself mentions that according to his clinical observations and that of many derms chocolate is bad for acne.

As Elisabeth said, to figure it out for yourself it's a good idea to be chocolate free for a few months and see if you find a difference.
