I know that zinc can definitely cause nausea for a lot of people (myself included). Are you taking the vitamins with food? That might help.
You might want to try a brand of food-grown vitamins like New Chapter. They are actually grown on food, rather than completely synthesized in the lab. You can even take them on an empty stomach. They're about the only ones that don't make me nauseous. Be careful, though, because some of them have iodine in them from kelp, which is supposed to make acne worse.
