wow you read my mind Lenore. It was only when I started taking zinc that I began getting sick to my stomach. I will certainly look into these food-grown viamins. Oh and another thing is that I was in fact taking vitamins without food at times :P bad idea....thanks so much for the advice and you take care. =o)

: You might want to try a brand of food-grown vitamins like New Chapter. They are actually grown on food, rather than completely synthesized in the lab. You can even take them on an empty stomach. They're about the only ones that don't make me nauseous. Be careful, though, because some of them have iodine in them from kelp, which is supposed to make acne worse.
