: no you dont have a hygiene problem silly. you might just sweat more down there or just acne prone, just like how people get them on their back and chest. try washing with an antibacterial soap. wash your hair in the shower first. you could even put some benzoyl peroxide lotion on your bottom..just make sure it doesn't get into the hookie.
