Yes yes, in the never-ending pursuit for
a clear face, I came across a 103 page e-book
from a website that set me back about $20,
and as I was reading it I couldn't help wonder
about some of the things I was reading. The
basis of the "cure" is as follows:
If the internal systems of the body are in
perfect working order, a person will cease to
have acne. The book then goes through and
one by one, describes a procedure to "cleanse
and re-build" each organ of the body that
is "causing" the acne I see. Doesn't sound
so far-fetched, right? I didn't think so. But
as I read through the procedures, they just
seemed a little harsh, such as the "liver
purge" which involves starving one's self for
a day and consuming large amounts of epsom
salts, oils and grapefruit juice. There's also
all types of other "cleansing" processes, such
as for the colon and the intestines and so on.
But, as I'm sure you all would know as well as
I, we're all willing and desparate to try new
things, but I just wanted to know if anyone
knew anything about an approach like this..
Thanks..
