I don't know for sure, but I remember the first time I was on Accutane, my parents said something about it costing a lot, like the full treatment would be thousands of dollars and thank god they had insurance or I never would have been able to do it.
When you consider that with insurance, it usually costs $10-15 per presciption, and the fact that Accutane isn't always permanent (i'm on my third try), you may want to wait until you get a job that has a health plan.
