Hi, I would like to know if tetracycline works. I can't
really tell. I have moderate acne everywheres, it's on
my back, chest, arms, shoulders, butt etc...Basically I
have tons of blackheads, it seems like one in every
pore. How long do these things last, it seems like i've
had the same blackheads for at least a year. It takes
so long for them to reach the surface especially on my
chest. I have taken tetracycline for 6 monthes, off for
4 and then on it for one year up until now. I don't get
cysts(?) so I won't be going on accutane. My docter
told me that i would have to take tetracycline on and
off for 3-4 more years. I'm 23 now and I wonder whats
going to happen when I turn 26-27 that is going to help
me. I don't think it really works now so why 3-4 more
years. Anyone have any advice?
