Hey Diane,
I've always had really oily skin, and so this dryness from Accutane is something new for me to deal with too. I was always afraid of using moisturizer, and only used it when I absolutely had to because I didn't want to further clog my pores. Some people on here have recomended Purpose moisturizer, so I started using it yesterday and my skin is already starting to feel better. I'm still waiting to see if the red spots fade at all.
