: : : i use retin-a micro and i like it a lot. it does help with blackheads. i almost dropped dead when i saw clear patches on my nose..lol..but yeah it targets whiteheads too. its not made specifically for blackheads. but it does take a while (like every medication) so be patient. i didn't get any irritation from it, but everyone skin is different so you might, but don't worry, thats normal and it will subside. also, being that its getting into winter time now, you should change your routine a little and add moisturizer. you can get pimples with dry skin too, and it can also force your skin into producing more oil. hoped this helped.

: thanks for the info.. also, what moisturizer do you recommend?

: unfortunately i dont have any magic moisturizer to reccommend..i wish i did but i'm new to this moisturizing thing myself. right now i'm currently using cetaphil, but its a bit greasy...something i definetely dont need so i'm going to try the purpose...i'm actually looking for one called derma e or something..it has vitamin e in it. which is good for you skin. its supposed to get deep down into your skin to reaveal healthy looking nourished skin to the surface...yeah we'll see about that one right?! lol...well if i find one that works great i'll definetely let you know.
