: i had like the same thing happen to me. i dont know if you do this but when i wash my face...ya know how the cleanser will run down to you jawline and part of your neck? well mine did that and instead of rinsing it off i'd just wipe it off..since it was on my jawline and my neck i didn't care..its not my face right? so anyway, i was getting itchy and little bumps, not red, not blackheads or whiteheads..but bumps like you said, so then i thought "what the hell is this from?" and then i was like "hmmm,ooohhh i wonder if its from the soap" so just for the hell of it, i started to rinse off my neck and jawline and sure enough..they went away. i dont know if you do the same thing but...just a thought.
