hi, i've tried Dynacin. i had alot of inititial luck with that antibiotic but one day it just didn't work anymore. that's not to say it will do that to you. my acne was getting pretty bad, and since i'd tried so many antibiotic treatments and topical treatments with only minimal and temporary luck...my dermatologist prescribed me Accutane. It's worked wonders. Hang in there.
