You can go to a derm (you will most likely see a nurse for this) and have a cyst injected with cortizone. Make sure you apply CONSTANT pressure for at least five minutes, as this will help eliminate a scab from forming. Having this done is a great option if you are experiencing serious discomfort, however, it does usually create a scab, whereas, if left alone the cyst will heal by itself.
