Is this similar to Tazorac gel? My derm. told me this was like a topical accutane and I started taking it two weeks ago. No results yet, but I couldn't tolerate Accutane. Has anyone had any improvement with Tazorac? Tricia

: I believe that Isotrex is not available in the U.S. A dermatologist I know from the Philippines (she's the aunt of a friend of mine) told me about this drug(apparently it can help for scars, too). She said the standards in this country are a lot stricter than in the Philippines.
