: : I was just wondering if anyone else who is taking proactive, what kind of rutine they are in. cause i want to get a feel of what process works with using this product. Thanks!

: Hi Steve,

: I used ProActiv for over two years and it worked really well for me. You must use all the products together as it is a system and will work most efficiently that way. I washed morning and night with the Acne wash first, followed by the toner. Then I used the repair lotion (which uses benzoyl peroxide as its active ingredient) and ended with an oil-free moisturizer. You might want to use the repair lotion once daily and then increase to twice daily depending on how your skin reacts to it. I also used the refining mask once in while. Proactiv really was great for me and worked magic for over two years. Too bad it stopped working after that time or I would still be using it today. Good luck and I hope this information helps!!!! Take care.

I have also used ProActiv for about three years, along with tetracycline and I had good results. Then one day it stopped working and I had to search for another acne line and medication. I think most acne lines/medicines don't work for a lifetime because our skin changes with age (?), and you're lucky if you can get a few years out of it. ProActiv may work for you, but don't expect it to work forever.
