i have tiny bumps on the shaft of my penis mostly under the pubic hair, but some past it, they seem to be tiny pimples but i am not positive. i have had them for many years, since before becoming sexual active. they do not hurt at all but i would like ro be rid of them. can i use acne medicine on them or do you have any other recomendations.
