Josh if you don't have series too many acnes on your face I prefer not to go on accutine, its a high risking medecine it can either damage the liver or brain. How ever if you stay on a low dose and do blood test every month, it might be safer, also talk to your darm about all these before you start it. and I haven't seen anyone took three courses of accutine.
