Hi! I have been on accutane for four months now and I only have one month left! (yahoo!) But my face has TOTALLY cleared up and I haven't been too bothered by the side effects (dry lips, dry skin). It really isn't that bad! Plus, it only lasts for a few months and I think it's worth it because your acne should be cleared up perminately. My brothers used it over four years ago and they are still zit free. If your acne is bad, I would go for it. Good luck!
