I was easily fooled by that dumb infomercial with Judith Light that promises clear skin with their fake before and after shots. I ordered the product, and started using them much to my discontent. This product made my mild acne worse, and I definitely got more bumps on my cheeks because of this product. They had a money back guarantee after a 2 month trial, and so after the 2 months, I returned the products hoping for a refund. Within the 6 months of returning the crappy products, I never received my refund, so I decided to write them a letter, which later got me my refund. Readers, DO NOT order the ProActiv Solution because all it does is make your skin more sensitive, and aggravates your acne.

I am sorry to hear that ProActiv did not work for you. As in all therapies and medications, they may not work for some people.
I felt compelled to reply to you because I've been using the product for 4 months. I am a 53 yr. old grandmother and have
had therapies of every kind, including dermatologists prescription medications which only 'arrested' the problem while I was
using the medication. I've had an acne problem since beginning of surgery which brought on early menopause. I ordered
ProActiv as a last resort. Although the acne has not comletely been 'cured' (there's no medical cure for this condition as yet),
my skin and acne has most definitely been improved. The breakouts are greatly minimized and the 'spots' have cleared up
very nice. I no longer wake up and cringe when I look in the mirror. Actually, I was looking for a way to send a message to
the makers of ProActiv to congratulate them for this great product, instead I found your message and as I said before, felt
compelled to reply to your message.
