Sorry to hear that Proactiv did not work for you. It is not fair however to tell other people it will not work for them. I have been using it now for about 2 weeks and have had complete success. It completly cleared up the break outs I had and have not had ANY since. It it important to remember that no one product can possibly work for everyone. You have to learn to adjust any product to your own skin. ie...I use the cleanser and toner in the morning and then the cleanser, toner, and medicated lotion at night. If I use all 3 twice a day it is a little drying. You just have to set a schedule that is right for you. It is a great product that gives real success for a large number of people. If not happy, that is what the money back guarentee is for. It is important however, not to wait till the exact deadline to request the refund.
