i have been using vitamins and herbs that are inexpensive and very effective. the best of these is tea tree oil. i was leary of using an oil at first but this is amazing and runs around $5 a bottle. some good vitamins are zinc, chromium picolinate, vitamin E, B6, b12, and selenium. hope this helps! give it a try!
