OMG!!! SAME HAPPENED TO ME WHILE USING PROACTIVE.. MY EYES WERE ONCE YOUTHFULL, THEN THEY GOT DRY AND WRINKLES... I WAS DEVESTATED.. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET THEM BACK TO LOOKING GOOD AGAIN.. FUNNY THING IS.. I NEVER EVEN USED IT NEAR THAT AREA OF MY EYES.. BUT IT STILL HAPPENED....I WROTE THEM AND TOLD THEM ABOUT IT.. MAYBE U SHOULD TOO.. THEY NEED TO DO SUMTHING ABOUT IT FAST. GOOD LUCK TO YA..
PS- I FOUND THAT A VASELINE INTENSIVE CARE LOTION WORKED BETTER UNDER MY EYES THEN ANY EYECREAM DID.. AND I TRIED THEM ALL ...
