I'm surfing the web to find out more about Spiro, as I've just had it prescribed to me to combat persistent acne. I too, have tried Accutane three times, and have tried various other treatments for 14 years now, with little success. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, and am happy to hear that others on this discussion have not experienced negative side effects. I'll post results when I have some, but I'm interested in hearing any follow-ups from others. Good luck all.
