Question: I sufer from both acne and hirsutism (excess hair). What kind of dosage is usual for this condition?

Background: I am currently on my 7th month of Diane-35 (an oral contraceptive for the treatment of the above mentioned conditions) I have not noticed any improvement. I have read a lot online that says this is fairly common and that combining it (or other oral contraceptive) with spironolactone is often the next step. Any info or help at all would be very useful. ~Parrsica
