Acne isn't caused by bacteria it's coused by your bad liver. So you might want to concentrate on your nutrition before you give up hope. I mean if acne is caused by bacteria why doesn't everyone have it? Everyone is exposed to same kind of bacteria you are. So basiacly when you liver can get rid of something it sends it throught your skin.
