Hi everyone, I am new to this board. I am a 33 year old male, and I live in Southampton, England. I believe I have had ADD my entire life, but didnt have a name to put on what was wrong.

Once I started reading up on ADD, I realized that it was me through and through.

I was just wondering if anyone knew of any good ADD aware docs in the UK? I live in southern England. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you :)
