If you aren't perscribed Ritalin or any other narcotic for that matter, you certainly shouldn't ingest it!! I can't tell you whether or not Ritalin will make you calm or hyper, but I can tell you if it is not prescribed, and you take it, you are putting yourself in harms way. There are serious medical effects that can take place when taking a medicine prescribed for someone other than yourself!
