I've been having the same problems you are, and I certainly understand what you are up against.
Fortunately in my case I can get by, but in your case I would definitely get counseling and meds, and not just for your
ADD. I skirted along the edges of major depression more than once, and I'm sure you feel depressed
about the copious amounts of grief our problem has presented us. I just wanted you to know you're not
the only one in your predicament. It's all too easy to feel like you are the only one with ADD, like a
alien from another planet. As ADD'ers, we don't need people's pity, we need people to understand we
don't do the things we do to be annoying or eccentric. We have a problem that is not our fault.
