: I saw a doc for a hard to diagnose problem. All antidepressants did not work for me. Anti anxiety drugs, I abused. Now I saw this guy who is deemed the best doc in town and told him i had a HUGE problem with speed while I lived in California and now I use coke regularly and he still gave me adderall.....what IS this stuff?
I'll just say one thing here, having come across this BB by accident. Adderall is a stimulant. It works on the same sites in the brain where coke does, but it won't feel like coke because of the length and gradualness of its onset of action. It has the same effects as coke--or at least those known about. I'm writing to warn you: DO NOT USE ADDERALL WITH COKE; IT COULD GIVE YOU A HEART ATTACK AND KILL YOU! Talk to your doc, again. If he does not give you a good explanation of why he put you on Adderall, given your problem with Coke, get another doc. OTOH, BTW, Adderall is an excellent drug for many uses.
