If you have a documented case of ADD you may have a case depending on what you were fired for. You can not be fired just because of ADD though as you are protected by the American Disabilites Act. You would need to find an attorney that is good with this or the union rep as mentioned in the last post. You will also need your documented records showing that you do in fact have a diagnosis of ADD. To not mention that you have ADD may not be the best thing though as you need to be up front with your employer.
