Hello everyone,
I'm new to this message board. Recently realized ADD @ 31. I'm an business student who has to pass a public speaking requirement in order to graduate. I didn't pass the first time and I'm taking it again. Whenever I get in front of an audience, my mind races and desperately reaches for the right thing to say and I end up messing it up. It is extremely hard to focus. Does anyone else have this problem with speaking in front of groups because of their ADD? Any advice?
